This compact 21 litre fridge is ideally sized to keep milk chilled next to your coffee equipment, ensuring an even temperature throughout with its unique twin fan system and metal lined interior. The fridge has been thoughtfully developed for the coffee industry with four factory prepared holes either side of the fridge to suit both 6 & 8 mm milk line hose….no need to drill messy holes! Each of the holes comes sealed with removable plugs so you can choose the correct point of entry at any stage. -
The 2-stage frother can be used for all models with Connector Systems©. This is a manual milk frother. To create fine foam for Cappuccinos, move the adjustable cylinder upward, place bullet tip nozzle in your milk container and turn on the steam. To steam milk for Lattes, move the adjustable cylinder downward while the bullet tip nozzle is submerged in the milk. If the frother is not cleaned after every use, milk deposits will harden and interrupt the steam flow needed to properly froth/steam. It is recommended you lubricate the internal O-Ring often to prevent it from hardening/cracking, which will prevent the frother from functioning properly. -
