The multifunctional frother is specially designed for the preparation of speciality coffees with milk and milk foam. You can use it to make delicious latte macchiato, cappuccino or hot milk and milk foam for hot chocolate – with perfect results every time. The first stage in the multichamber system froths the milk to professional barista standard. The revolutionary fine foam technology creates a finely textured milk foam with a long-lasting consistency, making every mouthful a pleasure for the palate and tongue. In the second stage the milk is drawn in and then heated. Combined with superior quality coffee, this technology completely redefines the coffee experience. It’s a difference you can both see and taste. For effective cleaning and optimum hygiene the professional fine foam frother is now equipped with an interchangeable milk spout. Encased in a high-quality stainless steel coil spring, the milk pipe connects the milk container to the milk spout and makes the perfect finishing touch to the elegant design of your coffee machine. The set comprises 10 interchangeable milk spouts. In the interests of hygiene, we recommend changing the interchangeable milk spout on a regular basis (approx. every 2 months).

The 2-stage frother can be used for all models with Connector Systems©. This is a manual milk frother. To create fine foam for Cappuccinos, move the adjustable cylinder upward, place bullet tip nozzle in your milk container and turn on the steam. To steam milk for Lattes, move the adjustable cylinder downward while the bullet tip nozzle is submerged in the milk. If the frother is not cleaned after every use, milk deposits will harden and interrupt the steam flow needed to properly froth/steam. It is recommended you lubricate the internal O-Ring often to prevent it from hardening/cracking, which will prevent the frother from functioning properly.

All coffee machines that prepare speciality coffees with milk are fitted with the accessory set for milk systems. With normal use, this should be replaced every three months. Each set consists of milk pipes, connectors and intake pipes. The milk pipes can be trimmed to the required length.
